Creative Arts Director
Beth grew up in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, and is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Performing Arts. Aaron and Beth Allison have been married since 1998, and have three children – Abbey, Luke, and Lincoln.
Beth has led worship for 22 years in the various churches at which she and her husband Aaron have been on staff. She transitioned from the role as CIL’s primary worship leader in September 2018, but still serves in the music ministry.
Beth is a great communicator who enjoys leading Women’s Bible studies, speaking at retreats, and Sunday services. She works part-time at CIL as the Creative Arts Director, adding value to all aspects of the church. She also does pastoral work in helping Aaron co-lead the congregation.
