Attention all Youth and the Parents that Parent them, I want to inform you about our ExitSeven Fall Retreat coming up this October the 23rd-25th.  We will be staying in a facility in Pegram, Tennessee for the weekend, while working with Mission 615 all day Saturday serving children and homeless folk. There are two things I want every teenager to leave Youth with when they graduate: 1. A Biblical understanding of what it means to follow Jesus. 2. A realistic perspective on the blessings of their life compared to those who live around them. This retreat will focus on both of those points.  We will have a worship service Friday and Saturday night focusing on GOD'S call on their life "For such a time as this," while putting action to what we are learning on Saturday by serving others. Middle School students are meeting at Strike and Spare in Hendersonville this Friday, Sept. 25. Drop off is at 6:00pm and pick up is at 9:00pm. Cost is$20 for the wristband for activities.  Food isn't included in that price - they'll purchase that separately, if they want anything to eat. One of our highest priorities at CIL is helping parents nurture the spiritual growth of their children, and Camp Blast is one of the most significant resources we provide for children going into the 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th grades.  This weekend retreat, which begins Friday afternoon and ends at noon on Sunday, is held at Whispering Pines Camp, just 20 minutes from the CIL campus. Bible lessons, worship, prayer, great food, and outdoor fun with friends and a committed staff of children's workers create an opportunity for our kids to experience God's love in a special way. Camp Blast is July 17th - 19th.  The cost is $65 for one child, $60 for the second or more children.  A $30 non-refundable deposit is due by July 5.
