CILWomen Soup Supper
The air is crisp, we’re wearing boots – it’s time for the CILWomen Soup Supper! Join us this Friday night at 6:30 for great food, lots of laughs, and the company of good friends.
Admission is a pot of soup or a dessert to share.

Thanksgiving Blessing
Saturday, November 17, is our Thanksgiving Blessing!
Our goal is to give away 185 fresh turkeys and all the ingredients for a family Thanksgiving meal to local families. Your gift of $25 will completely fund Thanksgiving dinner for someone who might be unable to provide that special meal without help.
You can help by donating now (click on “Online Giving” at the bottom of the page), or by volunteering to help!
The assembly team will gather on Friday, November 16 at 6:30pm at CIL to prepare the bags.
On Saturday, November 17, the give-away will take place in the parking lot at the Goodwill Store on New Shackle Island Road. Volunteer sign-in is at 8:30am, with the give-away beginning at 9:00am.

Operation Christmas Child
You can share the love of Christ with children around the world through Operation Christmas Child!
Pack a shoebox filled with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, etc. to give to a child in need. Operation Christmas Child adds a booklet with the gospel message and delivers the boxes around the world. For more info on this organization, or to get details on what/how to pack a shoebox, visit Samaritan’s Purse, or check out the Operation Christmas Child table located in the CIL Lobby!
CIL is an official collection site for Operation Christmas Child. Drop-Off Dates are November 12-19 (times listed below). If you’d like to volunteer to receive boxes as they’re dropped off, email ciloccinfo@gmail.com.
