04 Dec Peace in the Pandemic
This Sunday (December 6) is the second Sunday of Advent, and churches worldwide will focus on the theme of Peace. Chip Johnson will be bringing us a great message. We love declaring the Word of God over you. His Word makes us stronger!
Let’s continue to walk in wisdom regarding the pandemic. Wisdom calls for prudent and reasonable steps to keep yourself safe. Wisdom also calls for respect to your brother and sister in Christ, even if you disagree with their perspective. Our church is all over the place with opinions on this pandemic. Let’s live our convictions, respect our differences, and be there for each other whatever we face.

Christ for the City International’s mission is “Helping people Transform Cities by Transforming Lives.” CIL has enjoyed a long relationship with CFCI’s missionary to Costa Rica, Christian Leon. Our church has sent teams to work with Christian by conducting children’s ministry, Bible schools and building church facilities. Another CIL team is being organized to go to Costa Rica in 2021. One of the CIL’s goals is to help initiate and support Veritas training in Spanish.
