Special Instructions for this Easter Weekend Today begins the most special weekend of our year!On Friday (March 30) we will have our Good Friday service. Beth Allison and the worship team will be including a string quartet to add reverence and beauty to this service of reflection. Childcare will be provided through age four.Easter Sunday we will have services at 9am & 10:45am. It will be exciting to put out extra chairs, and welcome so many visitors and friends to this worship experience.Can you do a few things to prepare for Easter?   1. Come early. Last year, we had a 40% increase over our average attendance. We will put out extra chairs, and will be ready to welcome these new friends. You can do your part in preparation by arriving earlier than usual into the sanctuary, which will really help our Welcome Team. Plus, don't you want to be there for the opening song...

Holy Week starts Sunday! This Sunday (March 25) is Palm Sunday and I want you to determine right now to be at church.  Holy Week gives us a chance to reflect, refocus and celebrate.  God has a powerful experience for you.  As I prepare to preach this Sunday, I am praying for a fresh anointing to lift up Jesus! March 25 - Palm Sunday (9am & 10:45) March 29 - Contemplative Prayer for Maundy Thursday (7pm) March 30 - Good Friday (7pm) April 1 - Easter Sunday (9am & 10:45am)Easter Sunday is just ten days away and we look forward to a record-breaking crowd at CIL.  Our theme is Love Has Won!   Who in your life is disconnected from God or uninvolved in church?  Your personal invitation to one of our services during Holy Week may be the most important action you can take the next few days.  Invite someone to church!
