 Pastor Aaron’s Reflection on Easter Sunday.This Sunday is Easter. CIL Leaders have been working on the building and property for quite some time to get ready for this Sunday. We will set out extra chairs, schedule more greeters, and print more Reviews.  When all of us show up on the same Sunday like we do each Easter, it creates quite a buzz. Many will buy a new outfit, the worship team will practice more than usual, and I will feel a bit more pressure to nail the sermon.  There will be a fresh energy - a delightful mixture of cultural tradition and spiritual practice.  We do all of this because Jesus is worth it!  Jesus is more than worthy of this tradition, effort, and love. I look forward to seeing you at either 9am or 10:45am this Resurrection Sunday!...

 Easter weekend at CIL begins with a Good Friday service.  We remember the crucifixion to prepare our hearts to fully celebrate on Resurrection Sunday.  We invite you to join us for this special hour on Friday, April 14th at 7:00pm. Easter services on Sunday, April 16th will be on our regular service schedule of 9:00am and 10:45am.  Celebrating the resurrection together is one of the most meaningful experiences we share as a community of faith.  Please know that your presence on this special day is important to us. Invite someone who is not attending church to experience the love of Jesus on that day.  ...

I hope those of you with kids in Sumner County are enjoying a great spring break! I am so proud of the volunteers that are putting on a VBS in Gallatin with the Shalom Zone.This VBS is for students who need a positive influence during this vacation.Thank you Normandy Barry for your leadership in this!      A few quick reminders:  No Awana tonight (March 22).   FrontLine Student Ministries will meet tonight (March 22) at 6:30pm    Dub Oliver, president of Union University, will be speaking this Sunday (March 26) in both services.  CIL loved hearing Dub minister last year, so make every effort to come and experience the power of the Word through this man’s ministry.
