Co-Pastor & Production Director
Beth felt called to ministry at a young age and began serving in her teens. With a degree in Performing Arts, she has spent decades serving through worship leadership, teaching, and pastoral ministry, while also working as a musical director both within the Church and in the broader performing arts community.
Beth serves as Co-Pastor and Production Director at CIL, overseeing the church’s creative and production teams while continuing to preach, teach, and provide pastoral care. Her love for Jesus fuels her passion for advocating for women and marginalized people, both within the Church and beyond.
Beth and her husband, Aaron, have been married since 1998 and have three adult children, Abbey (and her husband, Cristian), Luke, and Lincoln. They recently welcomed their first grandchild, Lucy, with another grandbaby expected in April 2027!
When she’s not at CIL, Beth loves teaching in her home music studio, researching just about anything, traveling (but also staying at home!), arranging music, and embracing her latest adventure with Aaron: grandparenting! Being ChaCha to Lucy is her new favorite role!
