On Sunday, CIL joined over 500 churches in the Nashville area for a time of prayer and fasting.   I am so encouraged by this multi-church cooperation across varying church traditions and expressions. To learn more about this prayer initiative, visit awakennashville.com.

I’ll be preaching this Sunday on this theme with a message titled Awaken Us To Your Presence!   We will have water baptisms.  It is going to be a great Sunday!

On Tuesday, February 4, CIL will be the host church for the Awaken Nashville Prayer Room.   Look over the details below on when the church will be open, and when we will provide live worship as an accompaniment to your prayers.

Sharing His Love Globally: Mel and Jillian Rogers
Mel and Jillian moved to Bangladesh in 2011 with their two small children. They help start and operate a home for children who were born of women who worked in the local brothels. They also conducted children’s camps and taught in Bible schools.
Mel, Jillian and their family now serve in a larger context in ministry to the Muslim world through the Global Initiative Reaching Muslim Peoples. For more information about Mel and Jillian, click on their photo.

 

Take 2 (Empty Nesters) Info Meeting

The CIL Take 2 (Empty Nesters) group is planning an overnight chartered trip to The Creation Museum and Ark Encounter in Kentucky.
