04 Mar CIL Responds to Ukraine Crisis
As we are now in the season of Lent, we will examine our hearts, knowing it’s a joy when God works on us. This Sunday, I will teach from Isaiah 58:1-12 in a message asking, Do You Wanna Go Deeper? You will learn a principle that will shape your life positively for decades.
As we follow the situation in Ukraine, we want to support people displaced and disrupted from war. You will see below a link to donate to Ukrainians in need through our partner Convoy of Hope. Thank you for this consideration.

The United Nations refugee agency says 1 million people have fled Ukraine since Russia’s invasion, an exodus without precedent in this century for its speed. Convoy of Hope is working to provide shelter and necessities such as water, food, and hygiene items for refugees fleeing Ukraine. Thank you for sharing hope by standing with people who need it most.

CIL Forward exists so that every person in our church has heard our vision, understands the gospel, is in a relationship with Christ and is engaging in ministry.

“Bless Our Neighborhood” is a day where we are sent to different places in our neighborhood to serve under the vision of local ministry partners and community friends!
Places to Bless (Open to all ages):
- Gallatin Shalom Zone – organizational projects across building
- Knox Doss Middle School – deep clean school
- Unlimited Potential – storytelling, facility/grounds, & walking neighborhood to share news of next food event
- Sumner County Locations for Community Clean Up Day – beautification, picking up trash, & prayer driving
*Some locations may require volunteer application. We will keep you informed. Upon registration, we will send directions!

CIL Kids: Camp Blast
Camp Blast is an overnight camp for rising 3rd grade through rising 6th grade students. This year, Camp Blast is June 3th-5th, at Horton Haven in Lewisburg, TN.
This is a fun time for kids to connect, play games, worship, and ultimately learn more about the God that loves them.
The total cost for Camp Blast is $150 for campers, and $75 for counselors. There is a $50 (per child) deposit due March 30.

CIL Students: Summer Camp at Fuge
This summer, CIL Students (rising 7th graders through rising college freshman) will travel to Union University in Jackson TN for a great experience at Fuge! The dates are July 18 – July 23, and the cost is $330 per student (meals and transportation included).
We are excited to offer a longer camp experience this year than ever before!
