Spring Break is Here!

Spring Break is Here!

As Sumner County public schools go on Spring Break today, I wish all teachers, administrators, students, and families a well-deserved deep breath. I hope you all sleep a little later in the next few days!

Here are some things going on in our faith community during this change of pace:

  • Sunday services will continue at 9 am, and 10:45 am. I am excited to preach this Sunday, and Rob Still will lead the worship team.
  • There is no Awana or CIL Students on Wednesday, March 11.
  • Jacob Bell will be leading a special night on Evangelism Equipping on Wednesday, March 11 (details below). It is an important night to grow!
  • I encourage you to check with your small group leaders about meeting times for our various Bible studies. Some will meet, some will take the week off.
  • We will have 242 Childcare on Sunday, March 20, so check with your group about their plans and be ready to meet to finish off Spring Break week with your 242 family. Go ahead and register your child here – https://cil.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/1218367

I love our church, and I am so grateful for all the ways we can connect to know His love and share His love.

Grace and peace,

This night of evangelism equipping is about encouraging and equipping our CIL community to share about our faith and trust the Holy Spirit to go before and beyond.

Join Pastor Jacob and Pastor Joshua Young from Redeeming Hope Church as they engage in the legacy of St. Patrick and talk about sharing the gospel to all of creation. Whether it is in the neighborhood or in the marketplace, how beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!

The next CIL Forward will meet on Sunday, March 27, during the 10:45am service in the Living Room.
