Have you heard about the Appalachia Mission Trip? The Appalachia Mission Team will travel to eastern Kentucky Thursday, Sept. 21 through Sunday, September 24 to work with a ministry serving one of the poorest areas in the United States. This wonderful trip is a great serving opportunity for individuals and families.   Applications to be part of the team are available at the Communication Center; the application deadline is Sunday, July 9. Space is limited, so get your application in and make your non-refundable deposit as soon as possible to reserve your spot. Pay your deposit by choosing  "Appalachia Mission Trip" fund from the dropdown list. If I had to pick the one thing that has had the most impact and influence on my life, I would have to say summer camp.  Between weeks as a camper and a staff member, I’ve spent well over two years of my life at camp.
