Are you ready for a wonderful Easter weekend? Please join me on Friday at 7pm forGood Friday service.  This reflective service will focus on the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. This is one of my favorite gatherings of the year, as we focus on Jesus through music and communion. Childcare is provided through age 4. On Resurrection Sunday we will continue our regularly scheduled services at either9:00 or 10:45am.  To accommodate the anticipated surge in attendance, will you try to arrive earlier than usual?  And get chummy with your friends and family, so we can have accessible, open seats. Also, if you are part of a family that brings multiple vehicles and have the ability to consolidate for this Sunday, our parking lot team will be appreciative. Every year the story of His resurrection gets sweeter. When we gather on Sunday, March 27th for Easter services, I believe the power of God will convert the lost, shake the apathetic believer, and humble all those who seek Him.  This year our Easter theme is "He's Resurrecting Me!"  This is not a self-centered focus, but a Biblical reality that: Because Christ is risen, so will we!(1 Corinthians 15). Two opportunities will prepare your heart for Resurrection Sunday:             1.  This Sunday (March 20) is Palm Sunday.  We will celebrate Jesus' entrance into Jerusalem for what we refer to as Holy Week.  I am sharing a message called The Gate of the Lord from Psalm 118. Don't forget to go online and register for the CILWomen Spring Retreat.   You can go here to register.  The cost is $90, with a $50 deposit due with your registration by March 10th.  The balance is due by April 10th (or you can pay in full when you register).
