25 Jun Backlash or Prudence?

On Monday, our High School students will be going to youth camp at Panama City Beach, so pray for that important trip.  Thank you for those who donated for scholarships.  I believe God is going to change lives through this camp, so let’s pray for this to happen!   Make sure to keep the family event for kids called Venture on your calendar for the evenings of July 12-14.  You can get more details and register here!   Tonight, and Sunday, I will be preaching a message that asks, Backlash or Prudence? This message is very relevant for the turbulent times in which we are living. I love teaching God’s Word and experiencing His presence with you! Join me for our Thursday night service tonight at 7:00 PM.  If you do not come on Thursday night, I will share the same message on Sunday at 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM.  We will not live-stream tonight, but we plan to live-stream both services on Sunday. 22 May Online Services Change this Sunday

Hello CIL Family! This Sunday, we have some unique components to our CIL Online services. We will be truly live!   You have probably figured out that we have been pre-recording our services for technical reasons since March 22.  This Sunday (May 24), both services will be streamed in real-time at 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM.   We need your prayers for the anointing to operate during these two services, and believe with me that all the technical issues will work well.  We have every reason to believe both live services will go great! Pastor Aubrey McGowan will be preaching this Sunday, and he has a great word for our church.  Josh Johnson and Penny Thurman will be leading in worship with a full band.  I'll be bringing you a special announcement live during our services. 14 May Update from Aaron

Hello CIL Family! We are cautiously excited about phasing back to activities at the church.  We can feel this step back to congregational life with some 242 Groups having outdoor barbecues, summer plans formulating for children and teenagers, and efforts to restart services on June 7. Our team is evaluating best practices to keep us as safe as possible while engaging in the community worship we all miss.  Still, please do not rush coming back.  I want you to take your own pace when determining when to return to CIL’s in-person gatherings.   We plan to have the services live stream even when we return to our building.
