Hello, church family! I want to make you aware that Sunday, June 7, is the target date to reopen in-person Sunday services at CIL.  This timeline is an assumption that there is not a local outbreak of COVID-19. Adjustments to this timeline may occur at any time at the discretion of CIL Leadership. As we look towards a probable June reopening, here are some things of which to be aware. We encourage those who are immunocompromised or are in the more vulnerable age group (65+), or who have other health concerns to please continue worshiping with us via live stream rather than in person. We want to have a culture that endorses wise health decisions. In June, no childcare will be provided for any age at CIL. All infants through elementary age students will be under the supervision of their guardian(s) during CIL services in June. Join us this Sunday!   Hello CIL Family, Will you send me a quick email, and let me know how you are doing?  I want to hear from you! You probably saw my email earlier this week that we have suspended in-person meetings at CIL until further notice.  Hopefully, it won’t be much longer!   The COVID-19 data and guidelines are still uncertain, so we will appropriately respond when more is known. I have an encouraging word this Sunday.  I am preaching from Psalm 20, one of my life passages in a message titled, The Believer’s Blessing. This passage will give you great hope in the Lord! Hello CIL Family, I was hoping by now to announce the date we would start in-person meetings at CIL.  However, If I understood Governor Bill Lee's press conference correctly on Tuesday, even though the "stay at home order" expires on April 30, he is requesting that groups over ten not meet in-person past that date until further notice.  I am monitoring this situation in Sumner County and Tennessee daily. If we can make adjustments at any point to start meeting in cooperation with the Governor, the Elders will be open to that position. I hope you continue to make Sunday morning a priority for weekly worship.   Transformed Christians have healthy spiritual habits.   We are intentionally launching our online services at 9 am, and 10:45 am so you can keep in your weekly rhythm.  Still, it can be challenging to worship through at monitor, especially with children.   With that in mind, we will...
